The 2011 ride was a huge success. We would like to thank everyone who participarted for their selfless contribution to a very worthy cause. Together, we raised over $20,000 for this year's charities. We hope to see you all out next year on Sunday August 5, 2012 for the Sixth Annual Al Humphrey Memorial Ride. The Al Humphrey Memorial Ride, in honour of AllanStewart Humphrey (October 10, 1932 - February 2, 2006) or as he was knownto most "Al" of Al's Tack Shop, provides an opportunity for the horse communityat large to make a positive contribution to the lives of others by raisingfunds for deserving non-profit organizations. During his lifetime Al gave selflessly in support of many deserving organizationsand charities. It is in this spirit that the Al Humphrey Memorial Ridehas been established. Recipient charities will be named on an annualbasis in advance of the current year's event.
